Room is clean and cosy. Big balcony with beautiful design. Have Netflix to watch movie which is good for us. Aircon is cold. Beach is flat and nice even for kids.

10 mins drive to Desaru town.

place is nice wif a balcony. is near the beach

location of the place is remote. no shops ard. have to drive out to town area. aircondition is sometimes hot, sometimes cold. no drying rack, no clothes hanger/hook in the toilet. no extra blanket n pillows. we couldnt get a gd sleep on the mattresses. scissors wld be better then to have a knife. an ice cube tray wld also b nice

Short walk to beach and pool.

It’s a bit dusty, i keep on sneezing due to dust. There’s nothing much to offer on this unit other than to sleep and watch Netflix. No board games no toys for kids. The sofa is just nice for two pax and one foot rest that u can use to sit. The head shower is also spoilt, we have to do some work to tie it to make it in-placed at the shower clamp. There is an extra mattress but no extra bed sheet. Not much choices of food even at mini store not much can buy. Must bring food and reheat at microwave.

It is located in a quite secluded area and far from other hotels. It gives the sense of privacy.

Property is a bit old but clean and well-equipped with the right facilities

There were no house slippers provided. I understand the owner didn’t put any carpet or tikar to ensure no beach sand got stuck in it, but for a person with eczema or sensitive to tiles, it can be very painful to the skin.

The pool was great and so was the location next to the beach

We didn’t realise it was so separate to the hotel and also that it was so far away from any shops so the eating out options were very limited. Also we didn’t realise how far it was from the ferry terminal. This property would suit best for guests that have their own transport. The facilities are looking a bit tired.

The location was good in the sense that it was a short drive to all eateries.

There should be a cafeteria onsite so that we can have coffee and tea and some light food.

Value for money.

The facilities such as the swimming pool and the building facades need an uplift and maintenance.

To provide floor mat at entrance and bathroom
