Good sized family bedroom with plenty of floor space, a nice bay window allowing plenty of daylight into the room and very comfortable beds. The good sized bathroom was also light and airy. Everything was lovely and clean. The house is in a quiet location close to the shops and within a 10 minute walk to Bridlington Spa.

Owner very homely and friendly! The rooms were immaculate, very high standard, bed was more comfortable than our own at home! Very well equipped rooms, honestly couldn't fault our stay, excellent location just a 2 minute walk into town! No issues with parking the owner put the pass on online upon arrival so we just left our car on the street for the duration, thanks for having us we will definitely rebook again 😍

I travelled with my two daughters for a dance competition, the accommodation was very clean, host was welcoming and we were happy to be without walking distance to our competition venue.

Great location, nice and warm , fridge in the room with kettle , tea coffee and milk

We were on the very top floor , the shower was awful , went from burning you to freezing cold
