"Fantastica, desconectamos totalmente, y pudimos hacer todas las excursiones que teniamos planeadas."

La casa esta muy bien equipada, y es muy comoda. Aire acondicionado en todas las estancias, persianas motorizadas, luces de guia. Realmente una casa preciosa, cuidada y muy limpia (de hecho, vinieron a limpiar y a cambiar sabanas, toallas, etc..., a mitad de nuestra estancia). Se nota en todo, el cuidado de la casa y la urbanizacion (preciosa, comoda, tranquila... todo lo bueno que se pueda decir).

La falta de Parking, aunque el coche se queda bastante cerca. Y alguna cosa de mantenimiento (la ducha del baño principal tarda muchisimo en tener agua caliente, o la mampara que no cerraba correctamente, el lavavajillas tambien estaba bloqueado). Pero son detalles, que seguro que entre estancia y estancia se pueden revisar y corregir. No supusieron un problema.

Communication with the owner was exceptional and he was there on arrival to show us around the property and hand over the keys. The whole villa was spotless and the outdoor veranda overlooking the pool just perfect. The villa has all the amenities required for a comfortable holiday, we're already thinking of rebooking for next year! If you're looking for a quieter holiday the Eastern Algarve won't disappoint and this villa and location we would highly recommend.

Everything was perfect. Humberto is very polite, helpful and great host. The house is very well situated, very clean, modern and comfortable. The swimming pool was magnificent. We liked it a lot and spent long time there with kids. The residence was peaceful with some nice neighbors.
