Bend Riverside Condos Near Downtown Bend

We were in a cottage, right on the walking path and river. Loved having my coffee and staring at the water. People can not see in as their is window film so still very private. And those who walk by don't actually look in! Bend people are very polite. Close to walk for coffee, food. Comfortable bed, Good shower.

The hot tub/spa needs a good scrubbing. Has some build up on the tile. The toilet paper holder needs to be moved to the side of the basin. So far to reach.

The view of the river was absolutely incredible! Our room was spacious and lovely. The fireplace at night with the sounds of the river, amazing! The room included board games, which is such a nice touch! The pool and spa were also a huge hit, especially with our kids. The room was clean and included every kitchen accessory you could need. Our mini aussie was right at home and so were we. We will absolutely be back!

We loved how close we were to the river. The sound of the rapids is fantastic to sleep to. We also love how close to the park the property is. Great for walking dogs. We also liked the heated pool.

The hot tub didn't work. The water was warm. The jets didn't work.

Location next to the river and the walk paths

The buildings need some loving care. Handrails are pulling away from the wall. The pool area definitely needs cleaning and upgrades overall I think the maintenance outside the ground as far as landscaping was OK but the inside and outside definitely needs some maintenance.

Missing a Chair at the balcony. Trouble with the pool access. Else we’re fine.

Location was amazing. Two bathrooms and comfy sofabed in the livingroom were a bonus.

Lack of privacy being so close to the riverside trail. The apartment really needs some thin curtains to allow in light while offering some privacy from passersby.
