The apartment is very spacious with fully equipped kitchen. If you have a problem with anything in the apartment Sergio would sort this out for you immediately. A/C works perfectly fine and there is no need to use it overnight as this place it’s cool down enough during the night. The beds are a bit squeaky but wasn’t a problem. Swimming pool is well maintained as much as everything else. Supermarket is 20 minutes walking distance of the flat. Parking is assigned to the flat you just need to know at the reception that you got a car.

Toilet flashing mechanism needs to be changed as I had to fix one of them every day. At the reception you need to pay check in fee which I think it should be clearly mention on booking website.

- Host was prompt to respond to chat, very nice of you Sergio - Location is ideal, only a small walk to the beach, which we were very much looking forward to - Fridge with ice maker (yes!) - Beach chairs <3 - Beds were replaced recently - Wifi was good

- What the other complains about that’s still true: - Only 4 forks, had to buy plastic ones, be prepared. - Dishwasher leaking (happened once, then we refrained from using it, nobody came even if requested, had to hand-wash, not typically appreciated when vacationing) - A/C leaking (a lot) - But also: - The main thermostat on cooling mode would not set the proper temperature, would always go down to 67F even if set point was set to 72F. - Limited kitchen tools… don’t expect to cook too much in there… - Too few towels (only 4, got told that there were beach ones, good for us that we brought our own…) - No dishcloths, no kleenex, a dying roll of paper towel, only 4 toilet paper rolls, only a few trash bags, be prepared (we exhausted most of the consumable early on) Misc: - Booked for 7 people but it will really only sleep 6 (thanks for the inflatable mattress though) - Had to buy a card (that’s 5$) to actually hold money to do the laundry, doh! - Some were saying that the front desk staff were not fun: most of our interactions were great, except when we dealt with one lady (she wasn’t pleased for some reason) when we tried to understand why we couldn’t start the washing machines (because we bought the empty card, remember, 5$, but it had to be filled with more money, doh) - When back from the beach/pool, you’re forced to use the service elevator, which is slow, and busy at times, so be prepared. We ended up using the stairs all the time.

The location was amazing! Everything was not far, the beach was right across the street

Location to beach was good. Use of pool area was good. Gym facility was a bonus. Plenty of space in unit

Air conditioner leaked badly. Dishwasher leaked badly. Showers leaked badly. Both bar chairs were broken. Towel rack in bathroom broken off. Lack of basic kitchen items (pot holders, can opener...). Limited seating options for size of livingroom.
