On the positive side, the price was good considering the current rental rates. The building is new, and the apartment was overall comfortable. Despite the inconveniences, the stay was still acceptable, and the property could offer a much better experience with clearer instructions and better communication.There is a restaurant on the ground floor, which was convenient, and the Wi-Fi worked well. The kitchen and bathroom were equipped with the basic essentials. We specifically needed to stay in this area, and for that location, this is probably one of the better options in terms of value for money.

The stay was overall acceptable, but there were several inconveniences. It was very difficult to find a parking spot on the street. The self check-in instructions were not very clear, and there were no instructions at all on how to enter the courtyard. We were only able to reach the entrance with the help of a security staff member. Communication with the agency was minimal — not even a simple hello or goodbye. There was also quite a lot of noise at night, as some neighbors were partying and shouting. Although the building itself was new, the furniture in the apartment felt rather worn out.
