I input my credit card's details for reservation in booking.com, but I was asked to pay in Ukrainean currency when I arrived the hostel. I wasn't informed about it and I had to visit exchange then paid in Ukrainean currency. It's better to inform CLEARLY the way to pay: "Credit card info is only for prepayment/cancellation. You have to pay on arrival in local currency." Something like this.
