Over valued for money, food is average. There is no proper clean inside the room. Homestay is inside coffee estate and that gives relaxation.

Cleaning

The estate was great. Great location and amenities. Spacious and options.

The charging point was not near the bed. The washroom could be a little better and there were no toiletries given

This was our first visit to Coorg. The owners of this homestay, who manage it do their best to make our stay enjoyable. Their hospitality is perfect. The location is good and situated in a small coffee estate near the Tar road. The room we stayed in was an A Frame Cottage. The ground floor had a queen size bed, 2 couches, a TV. It also has a neat and clean washroom. There is an upper loft/floor accessible by an iron ladder. The upper floor has a king size mattress on the floor without a bed. It takes a small effort to climb up and sleep there. The hosts were very friendly and gave us nice, tasty breakfast and hot tea/coffee whenever we wanted.

The room we stayed in was rather small for 3 adults and a pet. I wish we were told about it beforehand. We wish there was an electric kettle in the room to make coffee or tea. It was raining or drizzling a lot, but there was no place to stay or sit except the room itself. A simple covered, dry sitout is needed. The parking for cars is quite small, especially if all the rooms are fully occupied. The front yard becomes muddy due to rain, and needs to be covered with tiles or bricks so that the rooms stay tidy. We have pointed out all these to the hosts and they agreed to implement them ASAP. Once all these are in place, it should be a much better homestay experience for guests.
