"A fab villa in a great location"

Very nice villa, bed comfy, kitchen well stocked, nice sofa and dining area. villa located just off main road, close to everything and about a 7 min walk to beach. There are roosters next door that make a bit of noise, but you do not hear them in the bedrooms with the door shut, actually you hear roosters everywhere in Bali; do not let the rooster comments put you off, it’s really not an issue. I would definitely stay here again.

The villa was really nice. Rooms were a good size. Air conditioning was 10/10. Location was great.

The only bad thing was the roosters nearby going off first thing in the morning until the sun went down.

"Sadly would not return due to the water smell and roosters next door"

The owner was absolutely lovely always checked in to see if we were okay. There was filtered water to drink and the room was cleaned daily if you wanted which was great. Bedroom sizes were nice and big. Great location.

The water even if left running for a while first smelt very strongly like faeces. After showering the bedroom would then smell. Right next door there was a residence that homed many roosters which we could hear all throughout the day. Not able to sleep in past 6am. The living space is quite small if there was 4 people.

Host Wayan is simply amazing! When I arrived he gave me a tour on his scooter around sanur showing me all the best spots and introducing me to locals. Was happy to facilitate any and all requests, early check in/ late check out. And the villa itself is spectacular, very comfortable and everything is high quality!
