The place is untidy and noisy

There was nothing to like . No toiletries. No bedding. No Curtains. The place was not as advertised. Dirty. Ockroaches and mice in the room

Everything. Please take this off your booking. The owners need to be accountable for mis advertising these place.

reception area was very crowded with ppl ,felt uneasy when we had to step out. TV reception was loud and with ppl sitting

The price was reasonable, but the room was advertised a deluxe suite, which was not the case.

1. I was told that it was a deluxe suite, which was not the case 2. There was a hole in the ceiling that had a makeshift board to close it, which was not done properly 3. On the floor in the room, the carpet was joined with wood and nails protruding. 4. The room had no electrical plugs 5. There is one small window 6. There is no fan nor air conditioner 7. There is no toilet nor shower, or bath tub, which all are located outside the room. 8. The room was so small that I needed to move the chair at the corner to sit properly. 9. I asked if indeed the room I was placed on was a deluxe suite as advertised, and i asked for the manager, and there was a gent who says he handled the queries but was unàble to help me. 10. I arrived at 14h00 and the room was not yet ready and had to wait for them to prepare it.

The place was well clean and very comfortable including the services that we received was a good services
