I love the cleanliness of the hotel, the comfort of the beds and the full kitchenette in the rooms

There was nothing about this hotel that I did not like, everything was above my expectation

First time staying at a Residence Inn. The room was very nice and comfortable. It was larger than I expected too. My comment for the franchise is that while the handicap grab bars are "pretty" in the bathrooms, I would have appreciated the standard larger bars for stability and balance. One additional recommendation, putting a handle against the wall by the toilet so it can be pulled down for those of us that have a weak side, that way the accessibility is true.

It's a brand new hotel, about 8 months old. Excellent breakfast. Excellent suite 1 bedroom. Very clean property. Has a bar on the premises. And a free shuttle within a 4 mile radius. Took us to Bridgestone Arena and Broadway and back to the hotel. Friendly and helpful staff at the front desk. Always smiling and greeting us. There is security patrolling the parking lot and property. Will be returning to this hotel.
