GBLocation was very attractive.
The steep circular staircase does not suit elderly guests, but we managed. The aircon and the comfortable bed were very welcome.

The house was not cleaned very well.

ATLocation is excellent, at the harbour and very close by all shops, restaurants and bars. Appartment is very cozy and roomy and excellent bed. The Appartment is well equipped with a very good kitchen, washing and drying machine and also the bedroom is very nice.
The stair to the bed room is a "bit" steep but that is normal for old houses. The car park was not at the property but a few hundred meters walk at a shopping area but was free of charge.

HKWhen we arrived on our first day, we thought the indoor and outdoor environments were both nice, so we decided to stay an extra day, for a total of three days—but we ended up getting burned. It was early April, and it was still cold in the mornings and evenings. We later discovered that most of the indoor heating wasn’t working—only one air conditioner was operational. We had to turn the air conditioner outside the bedroom up to the highest setting just to barely warm up the living room, but that made the bedroom too dry and hot, while the kitchen, bathroom, and toilet remained freezing cold. We called the owner on the first day to fix the issue, but no one came to address it for the entire three days. The owner was extremely irresponsible, making all sorts of excuses to avoid the problem. Once they’d collected the money, they didn’t care about anything else—it was very disappointing. Additionally, after I’d booked online, the owner informed me that the parking spot wasn’t within the guesthouse premises. We had to park outside a supermarket, which is a public area with no security guarantees.
