We had booked 2 A/C rooms at the property. However, when we reached the hotel they informed that the A/C rooms were all booked and only 2 non A/C rooms were available. This is highly unacceptable as we had booked the rooms just 2 hours before reaching. So either they gave our A/C rooms to other people who walked in or they falsely confirmed the A/C rooma when there were none available. We had booked a cab to reach this place at odd hours of the night. We had to book another hotel which was far away and we checked in at around 4am in the other hotel. This was inconvenient as my mother was traveling with us. The staff here too was not accomodating and they were least bothered about our predicament.
