"A perfect way to begin our holiday."

The location was perfect to access everything from transport to outer suburbs and attractions easily. The accommodation had everything we needed and was very comfortable. We were able to prepare meals, wash and dry clothes and rest without issue! Would love to come back!

Good space in the rooms for the price.

The futons in the Japanese room were a bit thin, both me and my friend had a hard time sleeping on them.

"Great for a family"

Location was good, not far from Gojo station (one stop from Kyoto station). Spacious, comfortable and very quiet. Washing machine was handy and the bathroom converted to a drying room. Umbrellas available in reception area for guest use.

Check in time was quite late (4.00pm). Instructions were clear but self check in process was a bit long winded. Kitchen had only the basics and needed a few extra items such as a tea towel, drying rack etc.
