Comfortable beds, great seating and dining area. Smart TV set up for instant use, can use Netflix and iPlayer etc. Good communication regarding check in etc.

Really low hot water pressure, took a long time to run a one inch deep bath for our kids to have a wash. It was even difficult to just wash our hands with the hot water tap. Shower also poor, not warm and low pressure. It really is noisy, situated above a couple of loud bars with music going on until late and people out in the street shouting all evening.

We were staying for 1 night only. Arrived that evening only to be told it had been double booked so they cancelled on us. They said booking.com would provide a replacement but not the case. Booking.com told us to find ourselves something and they would only cover up to 30 pounds more cost. Obviously impossible for the same night. Spent all night trying to find accommodation when we had come to see the city. Trip completely pointless.

What a great little place in a fabulous location. Lovely and comfortable and loved the little extras of popcorn, cereal and milk. The host was easily contactable when we had a question too. Would highly recommend

The lounge windows do let a lot of cold air in, but the heating system is fab and soon warms everywhere up.

All you need for a city break. Comfortable and clean and right in the heart of the city.
