The location. Just a stones throw from the beach with a little walk to Kingsand. The set up was great with all you need for a great weekend away.

Location was perfect. View from the decking was so tranquil. Kevin (owner) very friendly and accommodating. Bedding and towels were obviously well laundered!

My only complaint is that I had to wash lots of the kitchen equipment before use. There was old stale grated cheese in the inside of the cheese grater. Given how clean the bathroom and laundry was I assume this is a problem with the standard of washing up etc from previous guests and not Hawkins battery but maybe a more thorough check by the cleaner on changeovers will just help prevent this going forward.

The view from the private decking was superb. Lovely to see cows grazing in the opposite field. Clean and comfortable. Kitchen was well equipped. The shower was hot and well pressured. The caravan has a private parking space for one car. Kingsand-Cawsand and Millsbrook is about a five minute drive. Rame Head is a 10 minute drive. Wi fi didn't work however it wasn't an issue as it allowed disconnection from technology. Didn't get yo meet Jan but Kevin was extremely friendly. Booked for four nights but wished I stayed longer. Even the dog didn't want to go home! Would definitely return.
