The location in the center of the old town is excellent. The apartment is spacious and very well equipped.

One should be advised that the apartment is on the 3rd floor with no elevator. Carrying suitcases up was difficult. In addition, there is often a smell of sewage in the bathroom - probably due to the plumbing in an old building and not something that the owner can remedy.

"Perfect appartment in the heart of Zadar"

Newly renovated appartment, 2 bedrooms and a kitchen, fully equipped, nice big terrace.

The only thing that could have made this appartment any better would be for it to have a sea view :)
