"Good property, clean for the most part but not the bathrooms."

The property was what we asked for, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The common areas and bedrooms were clean.
The bathrooms smell and did not look clean. There were no toilet papers in sight nor a hand towels any where. There was no hand soap in the whole entire unit. There was only one waste basket in the whole entire unit. The owner asked for a security deposit in local currency cash which I didn’t know about so we didn’t pay, we thought it was a scam.
