I loved the remote location but still close to town Tivat and Kotor. The restaurant direct by the water is definitely a highlight and the waitress was always very kind. The Hosts Miro and Nada were very kind as well and helpful if I needed anything. Thank you so much, I had an amazing stay and will definitley come back!

The location of the property is very nice ,I know the area and this one is one of the best spots.Everything is up to expectations ,starting with Hosts ,beautiful apartment ,view and restaurant ! Everything is so accessible,I love it ! Will be back again for sure .Thank you 🙏🏻

The staff and the owner are very pleasant. The restaurant is excellent, pleasant staff, beautiful restaurant and the food is excellent. A quiet place, outside the city and crowds.

There are many stairs and bathroom is small.

Clean room, beautiful sea view, friendly hosts.

The check-in itself was pretty smooth (the owners were very responsive to our questions about parking and exact location as we were renting a car). The location itself is very beautiful and peaceful. You get a good view of the Adriatic, plus it is in a relatively quiet location so you are away from the noise/crowds. I also highly recommend their restaurant (Betula) which serves relatively elegant/elevated and delicious food. I highly recommend their monkfish! We also would like to praise their staff who were very attentive to our needs (e.g., we had to check out early at 6 am for our flight, they offered to make us packed lunches of our breakfast. Too bad we didn't take them up on that offer as we really had to set off quite early). They will really treat you nicely and make sure your stay is above expectations.

The nearby parking can get quite full sometimes so it might be difficult to get a spot, but this isn't an issue with the property itself.

The location is amazing. We had a sea view room which was wonderful and it was great being able to go down to the seafront so easily. There's a private 'beach' (more of a deck) with sun loungers. It gets busy but there we always found space. The host was really welcoming and sometimes left treats in the room for us. Our room was basic but clean with a very comfortable bed. It was a good size with a separate living space and a reasonably sized balcony with two chairs, a table and a sun-lounger. There's a nice restaurant about 5 minutes away with roof-top dining and a really good selection of meals.

The facilities advertised aren't correct : - There's no snack bar. The restaurant opens at 3pm and there's only a full, quite expensive menu. - There's no special diet menu - I informed them in advance that I was vegan but there was nothing available for me to eat (they did try and make me something on the first day but it was just another meal with all the nice things taken out for the same price). - There's no minimarket on site and it's quite a long walk to the nearest one. All of these things were listed when we booked (and are still currently on the description). The breakfast was a bit inconsistent - some days it was lovely and other days quite poor. The bathroom could also do with an upgrade.

Apartments are clean, ours had even a spacious balcony. There are ones with jaccussi as well. They are furnished with taste, beachfront, with amazing seaview. Staff is kind and the owner is amazing and helpful. The restaurant is beautiful and waiters are knowleable. Amazing experience and high end hygene products. They took care that you have all you need at this place! Not missing a thing and even more. Parking, Tv, Ac, Wi-Fi, seawiew, beachfront, balcony and kind staff
