Restaurant was open to the outside. We got “bitten alive” by the bugs. They were terrible. Rooms are ok but dated and are in need of some work. The door to my room scraped on the floor and was hard to operate. Curtains worked ok. Shower was ok and had plenty of hot water. You have to walk outside to get to the rooms so once again are fighting the bugs.

Atmos fear.

I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with my recent booking through your platform. I booked 2 rooms at the Serena Hotel for a total of $630 per night, expecting a premium experience given the high price and the reputation of the Serena brand. However, upon arrival, I was extremely disappointed. The condition of the property is nowhere near the standard expected for such a high rate — in fact, it doesn't even justify a $20 charge. To make things worse, the listing on your platform mentioned several activities such as archery and cycling, which were key reasons for choosing this hotel. When I asked the hotel staff about these, they informed me that these facilities are currently unavailable or broken. This is clearly false advertising, and I feel completely misled. The hotel is not providing what was promised, and I am extremely frustrated to have paid such an amount for this experience.

Inside the national park! Swimming pool area was something special after the safari with a stunning view on the manyara lake! Bar and afternoon exhibition of local people! Jambo! Evening time is really suggestion , they will attend you from the room to the lobby restaurant etc while you can hear the iena in the night. Good food ! Perfect room

Location is excellent

The management staff would need more professionalism, they sell just by selling without giving the full information on purpose so you commit to hidden extra payments.you better ask 100 times about any extra cost of the tours or services they offer because they probably will try to take some extra from you.

AMAZING view of Manyara lake

Views from the pool are out of this world. Completely breathtaking. Buffet is excellent, room is good.

Access to the hotel road is improvable. A big light just close to the door makes it challenging for the door to be opened without mosquitos entering the room.
