La struttura è una casa per la quale bisogna firmare anche solo per 5 giorni,ma penso anche per due,un contratto d'affitto, inoltre non viene mai cambiata la biancheria o pulito l appartamento, questo non è assolutamente chiaro dalla descrizione nei dei siti che lo propongono nemmeno da Expedia

Stanza fredda nonostante il condizionatore. Ingresso stretto, 2 piani senza ascensore. Apertura porte automatiche non una buona cosa per persone che soffrono di claustrofobia. .

Great location around the Murat area, and walkable from the train station.

Great location, close to everything. Close to train station and restaurants. Room was clean and modern with all available items. Great communication from property as well.

Very rough communication! We had constant messages asking when we would check in. We were traveling and had delays. Accessing the building is confusing. We had a breaker go out. Called every emergency phone number, the last number answered, finally. They are not interested in helping once you pay. The room was nice, quiet, and clean. Again, I would never rebook this place, complete lack of any help if you have any issues with access and any other issue I. The apartment they may arise.

Beautifully renovated room, clean and modern bathroom. Small kitchenette available. We didn't use it much, but it had everything we needed. The communication with the team dealing with the accommodation was quick and efficient. They responded immediately when there was a problem with the water draining in the shower area.

We needed information about renting a car and booking of experiences. It was confusing to find out the right channel of communication (emails via Booking.com, Wonderful Italy's messaging platform, WhatsApp and finally Wonderful Italy's direct email address). Initially, we were not getting responses to our queries, so we were trying all these channels before it became clear that there was a separate team managing the experiences. Getting in touch with them was slow till the end of our stay. The communication was so slow that we were already in Bari and we still did not have the information we needed in order to plan our transport during our stay. We rented the apartment for 8 days - a long enough stay to expect at least change of towels (or having a 2nd set). We were told that such a service was not available for "short" 🤔 stays. The amount of other bathroom consumables was not adequate for the length of stay, but we were told that any extra amounts would have to be on us. I find the company's policy in that respect rather inadequate. This was our first experience with renting an accommodation managed by a company and not by a private owner and our impression is that it is rather impersonal.
