Tamo's Apartment

Очень удобное расположение: море через дорогу (5 минут) + вечером идеальное место для фотосессий 😁 Квартира большая , комфортная, вся посуда есть, стиралка тоже есть. Хозяин и его жена - очень приятные :) Своя парковка - это огромный плюс!! Т.к в Батуми очень сложно с этим! P.S Ребята , если вы выбираете между этой квартирой и орби, выбирайте эту квартиру ♥️. Тут есть своя парковка под шлагбаумом, очереди на лифты небольшие, спокойно можете дойти пешком , если нужно ( 8 этаж )

Нет минусов

It was clean and had all we needed to prepare food at home, had all cleaning suplies and location is exelent.

From pictures we understood that windows have view of the sea, but it is not true. You can see the beach from the house, but only from windows in the stairs. One night neibours had party all night, and it was imposible to sleep.

The apartment was centrally located, everything was nearby: shops, restaurants, cafes, beach. The apartment was clean, tidy, had everything you could need. The beds were comfortable. The owner was kind and helpful.

The host met us at the airport and took to the apartment. The apartment is located in the new ditrict of the city, close to everything. There are supermarkets, restaurants, malls and the beach nearby. The beds are very comfortable. Overall it is a good value for money.

Often it takes long time for the elevator to arrive, but it is a know problem in big residential buildings in Batumi. Sometimes neibours were listening to music very loudly at night. The fridge made noise, which could be heard in one of the bedrooms.
