Modern House in Central Southampton with Private Off-Road Parking - Newly Refurbished - Great for Contractors, Friends & Families

Really clean and spacious flat . A nice garden 2 TVs plenty of beds. Clean sheets and blankets Good location

-No washing machine which is a real problem for a family with children! -There is only one bathroom in the flat which is located downstairs! Again this is a problem for a family with young kids particularly at night! - The stairs are steep and there are nails sticking out of the carpet’ - No fans in the flat! It can get really hot in the rooms particularly the main one as it overlooks a Main Street hence can’t open the windows because of the traffic noise!

The accommodation was exceptional. My family loved living there as it was their first time in the UK. Would 10/10 recommend for families and group of friends on vacation. The hosts are very understanding.

The stairs had prickly nails so wouldn't recommend walking barefoot and a lock on the bathroom would've been nice 😂

Poor communication from before stay up to check out

Host never communicated the situation of the area. There where road works starting from the host driveway. The workers would start drilling and digging by 8am even on a Saturday when u want to sleep in. We could not get parking close. We had to park a street away, and it was 2hrs parking during the day. We nearly got a parking ticket until l pleaded with the ticketman and explained our situation. Host never explained how to get in the house or if there was access to the house via back door orgarden. And when we where to check out the host was quick to remind us time for check out and only to tell us there was parking permit the hr we were about to leave.

It was clean, location was perfect for us. And the size of the property great for our needs

It was a shame that we couldn’t park on the drive but that was not the owners fault, and we did see the sighting of a rat In the garden area and front, but again that’s nature, no one’s fault, as it was not consistent and was outside not in
