הדירה נוחה מאוד,עם חנייה מסודרת בחניון מקורה, נקייה מאד, הליכה של כ-20-25 דקות לעיר העתיקה. קמתי עם כאב צוואר כי אני רגילה ל-2 כריות ולא היה, ציוד מינימלי, בדיוק ל-2 אנשים ליום אחד אבל מספק כי יש מדיח וניתן להדיח כל יום. מכונת כביסה ומתקן לתליית הכביסה, כל המרפסות בבניין פונות לגינה, כך שאין פריות במרפסת
