La qualité des équipements et leurs fonctionnalités aussi bien pour un séjour touristique que d’affaires.

On arrival the hosts met me and even helped mw up the stairs with my luggage, I know they were not obligated to do so and I was appreciative. The building and area is deep in the city centre so might appear bit unappealing but it soon grows on you. However, the apartment itself is super clean, smelled fresh without bleach and other scents to mask any bad odours like some hotels do. The host provided everything and nothing was lacking. It felt more like a hotel due to the extra trimmings like soap, body wash, and and even the extra teas, coffee, sugar etc in the kitchen ( many apartments do not provide these and even toilet paper). There were a washer, full fridge and even a cute patio perfect for a couple. There are many stores and restaurants and even the port close by and I even walked to the Museum Acte, which they thought was bit far. If I ever return to Guadeloupe I will definitely stay there again.

Maybe having to deal with logging the suitcase down the stairs but the apartment was the prize

Environnent extérieur à risque

Emplacement en plein coeur de PTP, idéal ! Proche des Marchés, des Musées, de la place de la Victoire et du port pour prendre le ferry vers Marie-Galante. Le logement était conforme à la description et aux attentes ! Propre, confortable, fonctionnel, avec une bouteille d'eau dans le frigo à notre arrivée, et draps et serviettes de toilettes fournis donc très appréciable. Les explications pour récupérer les clés étaient super claires. Régis a été au top ! Il y a plein de places pour se garer à proximité.

Côté logement et propriétaire et explications pour arriver au logement, rien à redire ! Le quartier fait un peu désœuvré à première vue car lorsque l'on est arrivé tout était fermé et très calme mais dès le lundi, tout a pris vie et c'était une ambiance très différente.

Bel appartement clair, agréable et particulièrement bien équipé.
