It was super easy to get into the property and the communication beforehand was very helpful. The location was brilliant and loved the back garden which was great to sit out in the evening. We were there for a wedding and it was great for a group.

Parking a complete nightmare for 2 cars. Beds really soft No proper wardrobes Kitchen utensils all looked cheap and poor quality

The duvets, pillows and bed linen whilst perfectly clean were a little tired and worn. In my opinion it should all be up graded in keeping with a luxury property.

Parking- whilst there is one car parking space on site there is very little street parking nearby. This is because about half the surrounding streets are permit holders only and the spaces that are not in the parking permit zones are incredibly rare. This is manageable but something worthy of note if you need to use two cars (for example on one night it took me 50mins to find a space)

We'd happily stay again. The property was in a good location, with a well-stocked hospitality tray. There was free, off-road parking for one vehicle. The hosts were communicative. There was a well-equipped kitchen, nice garden and toiletries were supplied. There were clean towels and bedding. The bedrooms were big with nice decor. There was good WiFi. The property was also near a playground and the South Downs Way. It was spacious and pretty clean. There was a good welcome folder and lots of brochures to help plan your stay. There were a few games for rainy days. There were good laundry and cooking facilities. The lounge accommodated everyone. The street it's located in is quiet with free parking for additional vehicles. It was good value.

The key was unable to removed from the key safe even overnight, which seemed to grant access to anyone who'd stayed before. Reasonable requests were made by the hosts to keep it clean but there was no access to a dustpan or vacuum cleaner. The loft room got very warm. It took a few days for the security deposit to be returned. There's some noise from the motorway.

The kitchen/dining area was a great space for entertaining. It would be even better in warmer weather when able to use the garden! The house was very clean (apart from the skylights in the kitchen!) There was plenty of hot water for 8 of us. We were able to arrange a late check-out which was helpful. Taxis into town were efficient and cheap.

We had twin beds in 2 of the rooms and they were quite narrow. There weren't any hooks for towels in any of the bathrooms nor any toilet roll holders - I've had feedback to say that the owner doesn't want anything put on a wall. Parking was a little confusing if your group has more than the 1 car that can be on the drive. Opening the front door is very tricky even with instructions!
