Deceiving pictures, pool was very small and dirty, ice machine was leaking water and no one cleaned it for hours it leaked into the elevator, Elevator smelled HORRIBLE, first room we got was next to the fitness center and it smelled bad, got moved to 2nd floor and the floor tv was giving us a hard time. Then our entry card to our room stopped working two times during our stay. We waited at front desk for 25 minutes ringing the bell so we could be helped. Booking said they had laundry services and they said their laundry services didn’t work but I didn’t even see a laundry area. The front desk was taking out the trash with his headphones on and couldn’t hear the bell or us when we finally find him for help. The fridge in the room didn’t keep anything cold, the stairs were dirty, the breakfast was deceiving it shows omelets and waffles they didn’t have anything like that. Shower curtain looked real dirty. Overall not a good experience. $75 deposit fee wasn’t even on receipt nor was it required on booking.com so not sure why it was required for the pay at the property. Seemed sketchy. Reviews saying they didn’t get their deposit back is crazy!

Wasn't "bright". Elevator floor hadn't been cleaned in a couple of days, smell of weed in hallway window coverings didn't provide privacy

Cleanliness of the hotel. Plenty of pillows and towels.

Breakfast was very basic...3 types of cereal, bagels, juice, milk and coffee.

Close to a lot of things don’t have to travel far to go anywhere
