Mal servicio de recepción, comida pésima, mal mantenimiento, le ponen cloro y químicos a la alberca en el horario en el que más se debe de usar y no le avisan los huéspedes, en general muy mal, por que recibimos deberíamos de haber pagado menos de la mitad !!!, no regresaremos nunca.

"It was a nice getaway with upgrades and more reliable service needed."

The pool area and amenities were very nice.

The restaurant did not maintain its hours and just closed whenever they wanted (one day over an hour early leaving us without dinner). The hotel had no other restaurants within a 15 minute drive. The mattress was very old and the TV nor fridge worked.

El hotel es bonito, muy limpio y cómodo.

El agua de la alberca MUY fría. Estaría genial si estuviera climatizada. El bufett tiene poca variedad y todos los dias fué lo mismo.
