Pobyt w pokoju okazał się wyjątkowo rozczarowujący. Pokój był brudny, a ręczniki i pościel nie zostały wymienione przez trzy noce. W wyposażeniu obiektu widniała suszarka do włosów, jednak w rzeczywistości jej nie było. Obsługa nie uzupełniała papieru toaletowego. Śniadania również pozostawiały wiele do życzenia – w trzecim dniu pobytu personel zapomniał, że jestem wegetarianką. Całość pozostawiła bardzo negatywne wrażenie i zdecydowanie nie polecam tego miejsca.

The address of the hotel on booking was wrong. I had understood I had booked a hotel, in reality it was a private owner renting an apartment, so, when I went to the hotel reception they told me they didn’t have the reservation. I had to contact the telephone number on the reservation, go to the 13 floor, and there I found the reception of the apartment. At the 13 floor the reception told me that it was required to pay cash only. For what concerns the hall of the building and the reception of the hotel at the ground floor, they are too small for the number of clients. The lift takes long time because the building is very tall and many calls at each floor. The breakfast is in reality a plastic lunch box delivered outside your room, nothing compared to a breakfast in a 5 stars hotel. Outside the building entrance the condition of the road is not ok, and it is import to be careful to avoid incidents.

UAВся душова покрита пліснявою, сніданки приносять під двері в боксах( варене яйце, хліб, якісь недоїдки з ресторану, згорівші вафлі) На другий день простояли годину під дверима номеру, бо власник не подовжив термін дії ключ картки і двері не відкривалися. Слухавку не брав, бо спав. Взяв слухавку тільки коли набрали з іншого номеру
