River at hand distance unique Away from settelments plus No wifi okay

Water supply in bath and kitchen insufficient/ too hot or cold 😁 Good for good weather (over 20C)

Location, host, house, EVERYTHING. If you are looking for a “ dream location “ This is it! Even the “ waterval “ river in front of your house where you can swim!!!!

The shower, but not bad comparing to many other locations in SA

Perfect host. The manager is the friendliest person i've ever met in my life. He really made us feel instantly at home. A truly welcoming presence! The location of this place is so strategic for people who wants to visit Graskop

There were no teabags, coffee and sugar

Peaceful setting by the water, surrounded by mountains. Friendly staff. Do think you need a vehicle with big wheels to access the property though. Not a problem for us, but worth mentioning. No wifi or TV (ok for us, but some might not like this).

The living room furniture felt old and worn. There are 3 dogs on the property. I am not a dog person, so do not love dogs coming into the space where I live, but that did not happen a lot. The rest of the family were happy with the dogs :-)

Our stay at Lisbon Eco Lodge was absolutely magical. Nestled in the heart of nature, surrounded by towering trees and the calming sounds of Lisbon River, it was a perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The lodge itself has all necessities in the kitchen. Very spacious living room. The highlight was the company of the three lovable dogs. They are incredibly friendly and always ready for a cuddle.

The shower water is either freezing or burning hot. Would be good to fix

Charl is the perfect host willing to help at any time. We loved the dogs Eva, Bella and Luna. There is a natural spring on the property and drinking pure fresh water was unexpected and a treat. Everything is so relaxed and we regret not spending more time at the lodge.
