The staff were exceptionally involved and attentive, always making sure we had everything we needed. Their dedication and warmth really made a difference in our overall experience. What we appreciated most was how genuinely pet-friendly the hotel is. Our pet was not just allowed, but truly welcomed. From the attitude of the staff to the pet-specific amenities, it was clear that animals are treated as part of the family here. We would gladly return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a stylish, comfortable, and pet-loving place to stay.

The hotel is nice and the staff is very friendly. The room and bathroom are of normal size. The terrace is large and comfortable. We had no problems with hot water. The air conditioning worked well. The room was cleaned regularly! This is our second visit to this place, we will go again!

The sink in the bathroom is a bit tiny! And the street is a bit noisy in the morning, but it's not a big problem.

Изключително сме доволни от всичко, всеки ден почистване на стаята, смяна на завивки и кърпи. Изключително любезен персонал. Това е нашето място за напред👌👌👌 Нямам никакви забележки, всичко беше на ниво. Топ хотел, препоръчвам на всички.

Нямаше за какво да се захванеш, всичко беше на ниво!!!

The staff are kind and the rooms are very well furnished.

The walls are paper thin, the front door slams. People kept entering and leaving until 2 a.m. You even hear water being flushed down from the upper floor.
