3 times I already booked with this property. I think first time in 2019 at bldg 1, second in 2022 in bldg 2 and this in bldg 3

Just feel like homey, and convenient sya just a ride to central market, sm and specially silay airport

"A good place to stay if you want a quiet place somehow away from the busy life of downtown."

It's a home away from home. Quiet community with food sellers, convenience stores and a little market a few meters away. Room has a mini kitchen countertop wherein you can cook food. Caretakers are kind as well.

No more aircon buses from the city center that travel to the area after 7:30 pm. so you have to take a taxi going home which is not that expensive. The area outside the community to wait for taxis, jeeps or buses have no shade.
