Good size great location in order to get cinqure terra

Unfortunately, it is not the best location to spend a long time in ,

everything!!! Neatness, huge space, nice welcome details, fully equipped, excellent location, cleanness, deco...everything was above expectations! I would certainly go back!!!!

The flat is beautiful, well equipped, the location is good, close to the station and shops near by.

I’m being very picky here, the the bed in the second bedroom wasn’t comfortable. It didn’t change my experience, the flat is big and comfortable.

Host Michela met us at the door. Easy access. Safe and quiet. Spacious. Clean. Artistic decor. Provisions provided. A 5 minute walk to train station. Around the corner from main street of eateries. Under 10 minutes to a supermarket. Perfect location to do Cinque Terre. I have never had a 10/10 accommodation stay where I wanted to return to. My husband and I will return to Australia and will be recommending CTLHome to our friends and family.

Nothing to dislike

The location and the facilities are what I like most. Everything else is also nice. Matteo, the host, is very kind and helpful. The advice on restaurant and the boat trip given by him were excellent.

Maybe some small things like there should be a microwave and the position of the mirror in the bathroom is a bit too high for me, a small asian woman.

It’s very specious, decorated with taste, has everything needed for travelling and working. The location is also great as it is close to the railway station and allows to visit the surroundings, while the city center with all the restaurants and bars is also in 10 minutes walking.

The bed in the bedroom close to toilet is quite hard. No option to throw the trash. During the hot summer days it can quickly become a problem

I like everything except the mattress.

The mattress collapsed in the middle. I slept uncomfortable.

One of the best places we've stayed. The host is super friendly and responsive (gave also some good advice), the apartment was very clean, centrally located (a minute's walk from the city centre and a few minutes from the main train station) and fully equipped with all the necessary utensils. The beds are comfortable and although the apartment is very close to the station, it was very quiet. There are several grocery stores nearby if you need to buy food, and restaurants are also within walking distance of the apartment. Great place to stay in La Spezia, with the possibility of visiting other cities like Cinque Terre, Pisa, Genova, etc. easily with the train connections!
