Modern Central one Bedroom Apartment in Penzance

Lovely clean apartment in quite a funky alternate street. Very comfortable. Access was easy. The owner was very helpful.

Obviously a lot of effort made to make it a lovely flat. Clean and central. Good facilities in the flat and thoughtful touches such as milk in the fridge which was very much appreciated.

Access to the flat was difficult for me, carrying heavy luggage up two flights of stairs. Might not be a problem for others.

Easy to follow arrival instructions to find and enter the property. Great location in Penzance. Very comfortable. Host left some supplies for us, nice touch. well equipped.

On the whole great place to stay, narrow staircase to carry bags up

Central location. New and clean furnishings and fittings. Clear instructions. Responsive owners. Netflix login supplied by the owner. Local information and brochures were very handy..

The sliding toilet seat felt a little dangerous and we were unable to operate the drying function of the washing machine.

Great location. Clear communication from owner regarding lock box entry. A folder of helpful instructions and information on the kitchen table. Quaint furnishings. A fan in the bedroom! Nice kitchen and washer/dryer. Clean and modern bathroom. This was a lovely apartment and I would stay there again.

The doorway into the bathroom is low. If you are a tall person, this apartment may not be for you.
