Modern Central one Bedroom Apartment in Penzance

Fantastic top-floor one-bed flat in pedestrianised area of Penzance. Beautifully decorated and furnished (looks even better in person than in the photos!), very well equipped with everything you could need for a short or longer stay. Front room (living/dining/kitchen combined) looks over Causewayhead, bedroom/bathroom is to the rear and looks over backs of other houses - so very, very quiet, no traffic noise at all. Easy walk to seafront and to lots of shops and restaurants/cafes. Walkable from the train station. Hosts easy to contact and responded quickly.

It was very Central. Had all you needed in the kitchen. Had nice big towels for bathroom.

Good central location. Hosts provided helpful advice. Complimentary milk, biscuits and chocolate was a nice touch.

Parking wasn’t an issue for us but may be at busy times especially if need parking during the day as need to pay in short term car park nearby. Church bells ringing in the middle of the night! Some street noise.

The location and easy access. The owner's helpful attitide and quick response to a request.

The floors felt sticky when walking barefoot but probably a cleaning product residue. The windows could open only a limited amount as they were blocked for security purposes although the flat is on the 3rd floor. I would prefer a much wider double bed (Queen size)68 or twin beds. The bedside lighting was not good for reading.

Lovely flat in a good location, modern and easy to access. Location is perfect right in the center and fairly close to the station.

All new & clean. Not enough info on services boiler function, TV. Would've liked some tips on good places to eat, take away menus etc. Generally very comfortable
