Beautifully appointed and exceptionally clean flat

A bit short of some items - no wine glasses, no corkscrew, no lamp by sofa bef

Julius was a great host. We did not arrive until late our first night. Check-in instructions were clear and easy. The flat was spotless and fresh, and a lot of thought has gone into providing a comfortable environment. Everything you need is at hand, and the flat is in a very peaceful, quiet location. We had a nice chat with Julius and it is obvious that he has put his heart into this. I would have no hesitation recommending his flat to anyone, and I will definitely stay there again myself. Situated in an extremely quiet location with a Park a stone’s throw away. It has necessary appliances/conveniences and is decorated and furnished to a good standard. Clean and comfortable with a great Shower. WiFi was available with access to Smart TV Apps/Netflix etc.

Periods of lots of noise from the hosts adjoining property, both during the day and at night/ early morning. Lack of kitchen utensils. No mirrors near electrical points.

Came to Tunbridge Wells during the Easter break for the weekend with my husband and 2 kids. It was a quiet and comfortable flat with all the necessary conveniences that were completed to a high standard in a lovely great village location. Everything you needed was provided. The bed was a really comfortable king size. The sofa bed met the kids needs. The host was great - provided tea, coffee, milk and bottled water in the kitchen. My family felt really at home and happy. Wife loved the expensive hand wash. For the price we couldn’t be happier - great value for money and definitely recommend.

Easy to collect keys as via lockbox. Bottled Water in the fridge. Tv connected to Netflix. Smeg appliance - Money would've been better spent on noise cancelling installation and a new sofa bed, nobody cares for a fridge and kettle when they can't sleep.

Noise of baby crying throughout the day & nights also you could hear everything in the upstairs apartment including walking at 5AM. I am normally very easy to please but this apartment was not fit for someone wanting peace and quiet in the evening. I would also like to state this apartment stated it slept 4 requiring two quest to sleep on a sofa bed however the sofa bed was not fit to sleep on due to feeling the bar right across the middle.

The flat was spotlessly clean and the bed was really comfortable.

The soundproofing from the house that the flat is annexed to is very poor.
