"Given the 8.8 rating, I was expecting a bit more from the apartment"

I really liked the location it felt safe and convenient. Most things in the apartment were pleasant, including the kitchen, furniture, table, and bathroom. I also enjoyed the building’s amenities, especially the rooftop area

The pillows had an unusual smell, and we noticed some hair on the beds, which was a bit uncomfortable. The payment process in quetzales was also a bit inconvenient, and in end up paying extra. I think a credit card charge would have been easier. Additionally, one of the building’s security staff responded somewhat rudely when I asked about the information they were requesting
