2nd time.1st time used on suite bathrooms.this time I used the 1 swith separate bathroom.next time I will book other room.no criticism. Just does not suit an older man that needs carrying loo.inside my room.my bad.cleam central peacefully can't say anything bad about the complex of rooms.will return.

Warm, quiet, clean (other than the dust on the blinds), good location.

No staff

My only issue was that the keys to the room did not work initially, but it was sorted. I had a heavy and large suitcase so it was difficult to maneuver the stairs but that was nothing to do with you.

I got what I paid for and was happy with my room.

Room was warm, cosy, very clean, plenty of tea/coffee, bathroom was clean, modern.

Did not get a breakfast didn't know you did nothing great stay

Everything was high up and it would be good to have a towel rail

Clean bedding

Toilet across hall had to be locked from inside with a key, wasn’t clear in description that the private shower room was located at the top of steep stairs either. Bathroom floor hadn’t been washed, footprints on flooring.
