Key of our 1028 had a problem There was continuous tripping of electric line... We had to spend most of the time without electricity. On contacting the staff,they responded..but problem persisted.

We got two separate studios, separated by two floors at different ends of a fairly tall building. Both studios were generously sized with a small kitchen area (with a single electric hotplate, refrigerator, kettle, sink and some dishes) and ensuite wet rooms. One of the persons in charge of the upkeep of the flat was helpful and ready to iron out any issues.

One studio was much cleaner than the other; in one, the toilet seat had a coating of black (dust?) which came off on a wipe. The floor did not seem to have been recently cleaned. Not the property's fault but we were disturbed by a very noisy party late into the night, in a neighbouring flat. The person checking us in to the property seemed rather flustered about the payment and incompetent at filling out the requisite forms (asking us to do it, unlike all of our other 6 stays in India).

Location is excellent

1. Drinking water was not available. One bottle isn’t sufficient for a night. We had to go out and buy bottles ourselves for emergency 2. ⁠There was also a power cut for sometime in the morning. It affected our plans 3. ⁠Directions to reach were not clear. We had to wait for 10 mins outside the dlf building for reaching the right tower 4. ⁠It took some time for the manager to confirm the booking. So we had to wait another 5 mins with luggage at the ground floor 5. ⁠ We even had metro related issues. As first time travellers, we expected better communication towards reaching the property from airport. But we were not guided properly and it again led to delays
