The sofa bed was very tiny. Wasn't what we expected as 2 adults needed to sleep on it and wasn't room and very hard.

DEGBGBI have rated the flat based on the fact the customer service was absolutely appalling. The lady called me back after about a week to say she was outside the country and had not access to her phone. In that case the mobile should not need the way to ask for help with checking in, at 22:00 hours in the rain. This was very disappointing and frustrating. I was furious with such service.

Screaming baby in the flat next door made worse by pathetic non fire sound proofing doors. Rubbish piled up outside the front looks like at least a month if not longer. No washing up liquid and essential items missing like bread knife and chopping board. Didn’t affect our stay but couldn’t get the oven to work, maybe need to look at a new heating element. Back garden as appealing as a badly kept play park
CAThe appliances were in working order. The location was good for accessing the transit and a small grocer. The bathroom was modern and comfortable. The wifi worked well and the owner was quick to respond.
The smoke detector had be en removed but not replaced after being broken by a previous guest. The suite is better suited to a fully able-bodied person. Please keep in mind that "First floor"does not equal ground floor in Europe, and that stairs are not to universal standard.

We were stranded in unknown city, town, most hotels nearby had no space so we drove from one to another hotel looking for place to sleep :( so much stress. Property information should have been provided 24-48h before our stay!
