"We only pay the advanced and havent stay there"

They asked me for advance, and I paid them, but when we reached the hotel, the hotel was pretty pathetic they asked to move to another hotel for the swimming pool. So I decided to cancel the booking, but they refused to return the advance, and I booked another hotel
