Super Collection O Golden Avenue

I booked this room for July 2024, and when I arrived at the hotel and asked for a check-in time, the management said the rooms were sold out. When I questioned the management, they only said that first-come, first-served has priority at that hotel. So, what is the point of booking online? No calls from the hotel side either.

I liked nothing. The hotel is situated in a congested ambience.

The premises of the hotel were not clean at all. All waste materials including bottles were seen dumped in the open space outside the rooms. Bushes are seen growing on the terrace outside rooms. They charged more than what Booking.Com conveyed. It was actually Rs.2084, but they collected Rs. 2284 from me. The facilities for this rent were not available Even one bottle of water was not provided in this extremely hot season. The staff insisted on payment for providing a bottle of water, saying that for online booking, a free water bottle is not provided. I stayed in many hotels for less than this rent, but had all good facilities. Totally disappointing

Stay was comfortable. Quiet place and convenient for transportation. No attached restaurant was a little problem.

Attitude of staff not good. Room not cleaned properly.Found left over over by previous inmates when checked in. Ants on the floor and bed. Blankets and sheets were damaged and even too old to use.
