The beds were comfortable and it was nice having the washer/dryer in the unit.

There are so many things: the 2+ hour wait to check in, the indoor pool and hot tub were closed and it wasn’t listed as such on the site and that was one of the reasons we chose this place along with the tennis courts that were listed on booking.com that didn’t exist, the noise level, the fact that the bedroom was at the front of the unit along the sidewalk, one rooms keys quit working after one night so had to go back to the office to get new keys, the one unit our adult children stayed in wouldn’t cool off so we finally called and the older couple in the adjacent room had flipped the breaker (huge safety issue I believe) off so they had no air conditioning at all during an extreme heat wave for the first two nights which we didn’t even know about until the day before we were to leave.

The furniture wasn't comfortable. No extra blankets. We echoed when we talked

I like the that the location was close to The Strip (76) so it was close to shopping and shows.

There was Not enough parking. I had to walk a long distance on a few nights of my 5 night stay. My too had a broken and yucky toilet. I also got stuck in the elevator 2 times.

I still have charge from. Capital vacation. And booking.com still has not credited me my 2 nights i didn't stay

I love the property. Will stay there
