Two bedroom apartment in the Old Town

Location near historical places lent itself comfortable and interesting walks. The place was clean.

The second bedroom was locked. I know with a 1 person stay you only need 1 bedroom, but a place advertised as a 2 bedroom should be rented as such. Part of the appeal is to have the place feel more spacious. If a second bedroom is to remain locked, that should be explicitly stated on the rental platform so we can make an informed choice about renting the property. The apartment was spartan, and certain basics like shower gel in the bathroom and coffee/tea or salt/pepper and cooking oil were absent from the kitchen. I found a bag of coffee in the cupboard that had enough to make 1 cup that was left upside down, giving the impression it was not provided by the property, but rather left by the last tenant. Not all places provide these things, but they sure go a long way towards making the stay more comfortable and convenient and give a sense that the property owner sees him/herself as a real host. The bathrooms had a continual running water sound from the toilets which needs to be addressed.

Apartman dairesi şehir merkezine çok uzak değil,daire genişti, kent surlarına yakın, çevresinde kafeler, restoranlar ve marketler mevcut, bütün şehirde otopark yeri sorunu var ama burada bir şekilde ücretsiz otopark bulunuyor.

Şehir merkezinden eve kadar mesafe yakın ama dağlık alanda olduğu için yürümek çok zorluyor,tesis genel olarak temizdi ama yatak çarşafları değiştirilmemiş kirli ve kullanılmıştı,en az kirliler içinden temiz çarşaf ve nevresimleri seçip yatak yaptık ve klimalar da çok iyi ısı vermiyordu.

Το διαμέρισμα χρίζει άμεσης συντήρησης. Οι τοίχοι είχαν μούχλα και ο χώρος μύριζε υγρασία. Ο ιδιοκτήτης αναφέρει ότι παρέχεται θέση πάρκινγκ, η οποία ωστόσο δεν υπάρχει. Πολλά παρεχόμενα είδη, όπως καφές, χαρτί υγείας, σαπούνι, ήταν χρησιμοποιημένα. Τα μαξιλάρια ήταν σκληρά. Επιπλέον, η τοποθεσία δεν είναι βολική από άποψη προσβασιμότητας και θέσης πάρκινγκ.

Η θέση του

Υπήρχε μόνο μία φθαρμένη πετσέτα μπάνιου για κάθε άτομο, η βρύση στο ένα μπάνιο δεν έτρεχε νερό και δεν υπήρχε πάρκινγκ αλλά κάθε φορά έπρεπε να ψάχνω αρκετή ώρα για να παρκάρω, ενώ το ανέφερε στις παροχές.

The area was pleasantly quiet, very residential, and friendly, Wonderful restaurant 2 mins walk away.

Дуже простора квартира, великі кімнати та багато ліжок, і є чудова тераса для сніданків та вечерь. Є зручні столи для ноутбуків. Гарне співвідношення ціна, якість.
