Cosy Quiet Single Studio

Super value property. Perfect location for Wimbledon . Quite basic but all I wanted was a ‘clean bed’ for 1 night. Television, microwave and kettle provided.

Had to access down a narrow alley. It didn’t bother me but quite dark to return to at night as not lit up. Older solo traveller might feel a bit vulnerable.

If you are staying overnight in London after meeting some friends this place is fine, especially if you are in this part of the city. The room is very small but quiet and clean. The bathroom is small but everything works, including hot water in the shower. I would not suggest to stay more than 24 hours because it really becomes too small

The price of the place is proportional to its qualities and to its drawbacks

The price and the facilities were good. There were local shops nearby.

Although the velux blinds in the roof functioned properly, the other windows facing the garden did not not have blinds at all and light was shining into the property. It is important to note that the property is a small brick building at the end of somebody's garden, which is accessible down a narrow, poorly lit and uneven lane.

Good location. Plenty of local frequent buses to Wimbledon, Sutton, Kingston and Tooting. Croydon Tram line about 10 minute walk. Wimbledon Chase station a few minutes walk. local co-op and Tesco food stores, cafe and coffee shops close by. Clean and well equipped with kettle, small microwave and fridge. For better TV reception place aerial on welcome sign sitting on the worktop.

Could do with a light over the main door and a plug for the bathroom basin

A wonderfully peaceful, well designed studio, with a very supportive host. The perfect place to get your act together during a UK visit.
