Homestay-a better living

location was very good. Central location. the Manager/ caretaker was very good very accomodative and helpful. room were specious. very accommodatingad we check in bit late. caretaker came and handover the key. after complaint being made caretaker came in the morning to clean. efforts were made by them but definitelyneed good deep clean; it can not be clean like spray and wipe. its a very big society with some good general stores, beauty parlor , sallons, dentist etc. society watchman were very helpful.

1. no cleanliness at all. room was just felt like clean in 10mnts. all the drawers had rubbish, dus,old food items etc. dead flies and choratches in drawers. 2. smoke buds found in lounge and side of washing machine. some one eat pan and split in lounge behind or side of sofa. 3. felt like room was never deep clean. overall ok but just need some love with deep clean, some decorative stuff in lounge. some deep clean will take care of a lot. 4. there is mould in bathroom due to no deep cleaning. staff only clean bathroomwith water in less than 5mnts. toilets needs good deep clean. it felt like never been clean deep enough. 5. room interior is good but felt like not being look after. lots of dust and spider webs every where. 6. it was advised that it is modular kitchen and highly functional. reality is all drawers were never clean, left with open old food items from previous guests, no basis utensilswere provided. I bought my own knife. tea cups are cracked and very small. plastic plates provided but very dirty and bowls glasses had burn marks. felt like some one use as ash tray. kitchendefinitely need good makeover and please provide at list bascis. 7. most light switches are loose coming off the wall, all fan switches are faulty only run on high, action filters are not clean as throwing dusty air. 8. bathroom need good makeover, toilet seats needs tighten or new seats, all old hygiene items such as soap should be removed from bathrooms. 8. beds could be more comfortable and more pillows added. bed sheets were looking bit old and dirty. 9. house needs better decor, house sleepers could be provided, sufficientand good quality towels could be provided. 10. due to dust daily housekeeping could be offer. just dusting, cleaning, mop will be good. if windows could be improved as lots of honking noise double glazing could be option. 11. the review being offered to make place better as it has got lots of potential to improve.

Clean premises and conveniently located.

Very nice, worth every penny, they provide with all kitchen facilities tea leave sugar etc. We really enjoyed out stay and will surely visit again to stay at this property. 3 double beds in 3 bedrooms with a singl seperate bed, perfect for families.

No mirrors in bedrooms was the only minute negative point

It was a spacious three bedroom apartment, neatly maintained. The location is also good. Value for money.

The property was clean and was as shown in the pictures.
