The staff is very gentle, kind and is taking good care of you. The host lady was so warm and she welcomed us with pleasure and kindness.

We suggest to ask the guest how they prefer their coffee because I was served a coffee with sugar while I prefer my coffee without sugar.

The Hotel boutique casa Jose is very quiet and is very central to the places to visit in Alta Verapaz The workers are very friendly and very professional. They treat you like family and that makes you feel very good.

There is no negative comment. During my stay everything was very good.
