Very clean and comfortable

This apartment is great for a 2 week stay. It is spacious and bright. The kitchen Is very well equipped with enough pots and pans and it has everything you need to cook properly. This isn’t always the case with these type of apartments. There is a good dishwasher and washing machine which makes life easier. The shower is good with plenty of hot water. Short walk from town. Small garage to park your car. Good internet. We didn’t use it but there is a big smart TV. The host was easy to communicate with and always replies quickly to messages

Apartament w całości odnowiony. Wszystkie sprzęty, oprócz pralki nowe. Przestronny, funkcjonalny. Dobra lokalizacja, do centrum spacerkiem 20 min. W pobliżu bary, restauracje i super piekarnia z kawiarnią. Bardzo miła właścicielka, która wykazywała nami zainteresowanie, nawet dostaliśmy wino na powitanie, co było bardzo miłe. Niekłopotliwy check in. Klucz zostawiony w skrytce. Właścicielka zadbała o wszelkie informacje turystyczne w ulotkach i wiadomościach.

Mimo generalnego remontu, odczuwalny zapach wilgoci. Przydałoby się wymienić wezgłowia w obu sypialniach, odświeżyć fotel w salonie i dołożyć więcej kieliszków, były tylko dwa😉. Uciążliwy był też hałas za oknem. Ciężko było spać przy otwartym oknie.

The check-in was made easy. Thank you Monika for welcoming us warmly and responding friendly to our questions! The kitchen is equipped for cooking which was important to us.

The apartment was pretty dark and humid (it’s on the ground floor) and had a strong smell of mold. It seemed newly renovated but a few things like the beds (headboards) were quite shabby which didn’t make us feel at home.

Everything about our stay was outstanding. I would highly recommend it if you are looking for a well located luxury holiday in Funchal. The home was well equipped and hosts on the pulse. Thank you

Parking a little tricky, but that is parking in general in Maderia

Die Wohung war sehr gut und modern ausgestattet und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt! Auch die Lage war gut, so dass der Strand und die Innenstadt sowie diverse Restaurants, Bars und Supermärkte zufuß erreichbar waren. Des Weiteren war die Vermieterin der Wohung äußerst freundlich und sehr um unser Wohlergehen bemüht.

Etwas störend war, dass man die Schritte der Nachbarn aus der darüberliegenden Wohnung etwas lauter hören konnte. Ein weiterer kleiner Kritikpunk war es, dass das WLAN Signal im Wohnbereich der Wohnung sehr schwach bis gar nicht vorhanden war. Hier wäre ein Repeater sicherlich sinnvoll gewesen.
