Hendon Street En-suite Homestay Rooms Nr Beach & Walk to Cafes

After booking Philip gave us directions how to find the property which was a great help! Location was super not too far a walk in to Brighton at all when we found out bearings! Key pads were easy to use with automatic lights in the hallway area's! Room was compact but had all you needed and more! With plates, cutlery cup's and teas and coffee in the room! There was a fridge kettle microwave and toaster all in very clean condition! On arrival Philip text us to ask if everything was ok for us! We couldn't have wished for a better stay and would definitely go back again!

Only downside was didn't meet Philip himself! But didn't really need to as everything was great!!! 😁

A very comfortable, well presented room, equipped with everything needed for a short break. Great bed and shower. The fridge and microwave were welcomed as a Coeliac away from home - easy catering when needed after a day of studying!

Good Contact and very handy for where I needed to be for work. It was very quiet, easy access. Very clean and comfortable room.

If you want to go out in the centre, it’s a bit of a walk. But I quite enjoy the walk. And it was worth it for the quiet area. There is coffee making but no milk sachets. They may be nice, but I just went to work for my coffee

The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and I slept really well. The room was well equipped with everything I needed, including a fridge, microwave, cutlery and a French press, which made it feel very homely and convenient. I also loved the amount of storage space in the room. There were plenty of places to unpack and store my belongings, and the room itself was tastefully decorated with a warm, cosy atmosphere. The area was quiet and peaceful, which I really appreciated after long days of travelling. Although it is a little further from the city centre, the comfort and facilities more than made up for this. Overall, I felt it offered excellent value for money. Philip was a very attentive host who checked in during my stay to make sure everything was OK, which made me feel very welcome and well looked after. I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely return here again and would highly recommend it to others.

The only minor things were that I would have appreciated a small teaspoon for making coffee, and the towels had a slight musty smell, possibly due to the humid weather.

Clean, fresh, quiet. Excellent value for money . Near bus for town.

Parking a bit hit and miss but we found a spot eventually

The price, location, cleanliness, comfortable, quiet, loved having a mini fridge and microwave. The host was very helpful.

The tea, coffee and sugar canisters were empty.
