Very clean, excellent facilities, perfect location. Great price considering the quality of the accomodation.

The location was so close to all the amenities, we were able to walk everywhere. Additionally, the houses where we stayed were to beautiful, it was a lovely area.

The room was prone to getting very hot, and as you’re on the ground floor, you can’t open the window to cool down as you fall asleep.

Has everything you need for a short stay- the owner has clearly put a lot of effort into anticipating a traveller’s need. The room is undeniably compact, but clean and functional and the owner has made very good use of the space. The cul de sac is very quiet and the check in was easy. Would definitely use again.

As often in rented places, the mattress was a tad on the soft side. But fine for a short stay. Being able to open the bay window allowed us to air the room when we arrived as it had a slight musty smell.

Small nice room in a quiet area. Around 10- 15 min to go to the seafront and 20-25 min to the lanes. Enough equipment to warm a meal when you don't want to go out.

There is nothing to put your toiletries in the bathroom, just a simple shelf would be great. It was difficult to dry the towels.

This property is such a gem and is incredible value for money. It was way beyond what we were expecting for the price. Great location; instructions to enter sent promptly and really easy to read; very clean and comfortable room and bathroom; loads of extra touches. I will definitely be coming back here any time I’m back in Brighton.
